New transmission system: Develop more efficient transmission systems to reduce energy loss during equipment operation. If a new type of reducer and motor combination is used to improve transmission efficiency and reduce motor power consumption.
Optimize blade design: Design a new blade structure that reduces resistance and energy consumption during blade rotation while ensuring mixing efficiency.

Quality control

Raw material control

Carefully select raw materials with good reputation and stable product quality. Detailed quality inspection reports should be provided for key materials used in the manufacturing of kneaders, such as stainless steel plates, motors, and other components.

Establish specialized raw material inspection positions and use advanced testing equipment to conduct strict inspections on each batch of raw materials. For example, conducting composition analysis on stainless steel materials to ensure compliance with hygiene standards in industries such as food and medicine.

Production quality control

Standardized production process: Develop detailed and standardized production processes, with clear operating standards and quality requirements for each production link. In the welding process, parameters such as welding current, voltage, and welding speed are specified to ensure that the welding quality is firm and aesthetically pleasing.

Process inspection: Arrange experienced quality inspection personnel to conduct regular inspections of the production process. Timely identify and correct quality issues in production, such as deviations in component installation and loose assembly.

Key process testing: Conduct strict testing on key processes that affect the performance of the kneader, such as blade processing and overall equipment debugging. Adopting high-precision detection equipment to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of key components and the overall performance of the equipment meet the design requirements.
