CMC kneader
CMC kneader usually use vacuum explosion-proof dual drive discharge kneading machines. Fully mix CMC with other additives through double blade shear action. There are two processes: alkalization process and etherification process. Both methods use vacuum to spray chloroacetic acid solution under nitrogen protection and control the reaction temperature to ensure that the material meets the standard.
